Loading...Iranian cosmetic white soap noodles made from oils and fats or fatty acids, which are made from animal or vegetable oil base sources by screening or neutralization with alkali process.
One of the oils and fats which is used as raw materials is from fatty acids or called tallow oil base soap noodles. Choosing the most appropriate solution depends on many technical and economical factors on soap noodles production which need to be considered. The oils used to produce Iranian sanitary white soap chips are animal fats (usually beef fat) or vegetable oils (palm oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil) and sodium NaOH. To produce Iranian sanitary white soap chips with usual commercial standards, (oil and fat must be white).
The impregnation reaction from this oils also produces glycerin. Glycerin produced by desalination which is diluted and contains various impurities. The lysates used in three vegetable glycerin types (refined, concentrated, distilled) are purified, concentrated and then distilled to correct pharmaceutical, food, and sanitary grade glycerin different uses.
